Cajun Chicken


Today's experiment.. NTUC's cajun chicken.
I placed the chicken skin down because I want the skin to be charred and crispy.

Setting..

Bake - Chicken - Sealed Vent
The outcome?
Perfect!
So sooo perfect!

The best part, I don't need to stand by the stove to flip it and there's no splattering oil as when I pan-fry it on stove. 

Ooooohhh the convenience! 😍
